First thing first I bought the device and a pod which he said 39.99$ for a device which is Relx Infinity 2 and 16.99$ for the pod before tax. Total after tax should be less than 70$ but he charged me 76.99$. Looks like a rip- off. Almost 80$. Way overpriced . And it was not worth it. I don’t know it should be the authorized Relx store in Canada officially but the owner or employee doesn’t seem to understand or speak English. And miscalculated. No receipt for payment and no warranty on these products. I will never go back to this place.

I have been using relx for two years now. This new relx store is very close to my house. It has all the flavors and they are all authentic. Also, the staff is very welcoming. The new store is really amazing!

Me and my husband went there yesterday (20 August) around 5:40PM , they were about to close but still received very warm welcome. Yvaine was very helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and kind. There was a guy but i didn’t ask the name. He was really nice too. I didnt feel rushed when i was there. They had Waka, the disposable vapor too. I was informed when i went there and i got the strawberry banana and it was bomb. We drove from Seattle and were impressed by the service and the variety of selection. We ended up buy a lot!! We will be back for sure!!
