Really quick and super friendly service! I wish I got his name but I dropped and broke my card wallet while paying for my transaction and this man literally fixed it for me for free and on the spot. Didn't even have to ask he was just happy to be helpful to his customers. Thanks so much for being great guys will be continuing to come in for the great selection and prices.

Great customer service. Great vapes, and flavors. The staff are very personalized friendly and knowledgeable. I always get the same flavor that ive only found here, Erin often has it ready as i approach the counter. The service has definitely improved over the past six months and am grateful for the assistance i received when asking about how my vape settings, and coil temps work, where no one else could answer my questions before. Theres a reason i keep coming back to this location

Ive been going to this location for awhile now and love their customer service . They call me by my first name which I think is fantastic ! The little things like that make my experience that much more personal . Today someone took the time to show me how I could be saving myself quite a few bucks . Purchased my new gear , then gave me a little tutorial on what to do and what not to do . . Really really great at his job . . Keep up the good work team

I just Love this place. Staff always welcoming. Josiah is simply the best. It was freezing cold outside and offered me too stay awhile and warm up.. How sweet and caring is that. Top notch service as always.. Thanks guys

I was in store oct 16 @ around 1pm. I phoned in for their names and apologize if I get them wrong. Josiah & Mitch were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, meeting all my expectations. I won't type out all the details, instead just say that they went above and beyond. Customer Service was on point ! And I love the new Caliburn that was recommended by both.
