Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and have a ton of different flavours and devices. They helped me find the right flavour for me and even recommending ones that I've never heard of before but really liked. I recommend this place to everyone.

I came in last week looking for some Christmas gift suggestions, because I have some friends that vape. A salesman called Meet was very helpful and I wound up buying gifts for three people. Thank you very much for the service.

Came in last Tuesday to buy a elfbar. The whole time the owner or employee didn’t care I was there and stayed on the phone even tho I was clearly ready to purchase. 2 days later it stopped working, as I work an afternoon shift I went to call and they were closed for the night. Call prior to work Friday and employee told me it would be swapped no problem if I came in on Monday (soonest I could get here). Another new employee tells me he doesn’t know what to do, calls the “boss” and informs me they won’t swap it. Not the first time I’ve been here but definitely the last. Buyer beware.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 years, I literally don't go anywhere else. The owner is super kind and there's an employee I don't know his name but he is really friendly with me. However I've been to the store in the past two weeks and there's a new employee (skinny/with reading glasses) extremely rude. I unfortunately will not be coming back.

First off I would like to mention Iam also in the service industry and deal with customers every day. The way you treat your customers is of utter most important! I whent into Vape City for the first time today. Though i will support local businesses more but was so disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer there. The guy that was helping me there hardly acknowledged me and was verry rude.Looked like he was playing a game on his phone and made me feel like I was disturbing him. After paying he just threw my change on the counter keeping his eye's on his phone. Not saying thanks for your support or anything. I asked if i may know what the owners name is or do they have a business card. And his reaction was like Why? I then just took my change and left. I hope the owner sees this review and realize this dude is causing his business damage. I definitely wont be going back there. Time's are though for everyone. I dont think Iam being unreasonable and not a difficult person. But sorry I cant spend my money at a business where they treat you like that. Sorry for the bad review but had to speak my mind and truth. Kindest regards.
