Ordered multiple times with their 100$ or more free shipping option and it was perfect everytime! They quickly sent in with Canada post and delivery was perfect, love online ordering with them. Haven't gone in yet but I will once I don't need to online order. Highly recommend all royal vape locations!

Your kitsalano location continues to be disrespectful when it comes to music blasting at 8:30an. I live above the shop and this issue has persisted for over one year. The store hours even shifted from 10am to 9am, so the employees arrive to blasting music. This is where I live and I work long hours, this is not their hour so being so inconsiderate is just rude at this point. Could the owner please do something about this?!

Best customer service I have ever gotten. They made a small mistake with my order and went above and beyond to fix it in a timely manner. The product I bought was inexpensive like total $20 and they treated it like a mistake on a $200 product. These guys are amazing! 5 stars all the way!!

Says open at 9am online and at the store front. Was not open when I arrived at 945amm staff was helpful when I came back later.
