We come here often. Staff is informative and friendly. They started carrying our favourite juice brand, apple drop, which is a huge bonus as it's been hard to find that brand in the city.

These two brothers are super friendly, very informative and enjoy spending time explaining the different vape systems and how they work. I've never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. One of the brothers suggested I try a new flavor profile. The next day I came back in and told him I truly couldn't handle the taste and he gave me a new one. Amazing service and respect.

I had a fantastic first experience shopping at this location, gosh, I forgot to get her name, but the woman who helped me was so kind, and so patient with all my questions, and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, as well as finding the exact flavor of juice I had been trying to hunt down for a long time. I left the store very satisfied with my new Smok NovoX vape and my all time favourite earl grey flavor & brand of juice to go along with it, and I had a smile on my face having had a pleasant interaction after the long & stressful day I was having, so that was appreciated. Will definitely be going back. (:

This place used to be great, but unfortunately ever since new ownership took over, this place has gone downhill. The woman that works there isn't knowledgable about any of the products, and she seems pretty rude and impatient every time we come in. We started going to a different vape shop because every time seems to be an unpleasant experience.

Best vape store I truly have ever been to the staff is friendly and very helpful I always try to wait to go there for any vaping products I feel so welcomed everytime truly a great place
