A true 5/5 for a reason. The staff are so friendly. I mean like some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Plus they carry an array of quality products at some of the best prices in town. They're open late, they have a basket of adorable stickers and they have a cat in the shop with a sign on the door warning people who may be afraid or allergic. I assume they would accommodate those needs without hesitation. This place is the best spot downtown to fill your vaping needs whatever they may be. Thank you to the staff for providing such a warm, welcoming environment and the owners for carrying hard to find products at lower prices than most other places.

This is my go-to spot for any vape products in Vic! The owners are super friendly and personable. They always remember me when I come in. The prices are fair, they have a wide selection of products, and the hours are the best in town! Their beautiful cats are also a great perk 😊 10/10 would recommend!

I didn't think there was a vape shop that did their own deliveries, was so pleased to find EQ. My delivery arrived fast and even with the delivery charge I paid about the same as going to my regular shop. Fast and friendly! They've definitely gained a new customer 😊
