I was new vape buyer the 100 vape I bought burnt my lips does work right leaks all the time in mins the other vape I bought did not work at all spent 150 .00 got nothing but disappointment after I bought the vape lady told me what's vaping without a Lil dripping after I bought it Like seriously
They do not carry parts for your vape. Not even refer to where to get a simple glass chimney for a vape. Airhead lol

They have a really good stock ever and I’ve found the workers to be very helpful. I like this place… but I tried to give the manager some feedback on a disposable as the juice continuously burns on the first day with a product that usually lasts me a week. This keeps happening with this product where the juice burns… and I simply wanted to give feedback that it’s not a great product. (I also understand that they do not take the product). Anyways… she was really rude about it and said it was likely due to my sinus infection. (Which I shouldn’t have disclosed I guess)… anyways, my taste is still fine, my partner tested the product and thought the same. Anyways, I thought it was rude of her and unprofessional to jump to pinning it on my sinus infection… especially because I wasn’t even asking for a refund (as I knew at that point it would likely just happen again). Now, I’m sure they get a lot of shady folks who try to scam them… so I understand there strict return policy. However, my partner bought one and the battery went the 1st puff… he was over one day 24 hour mark… as we were sleeping the previous day after I was in the hospital all night. Admittedly, he told them he was working and should have told the truth… but he probably didn’t remember whether he was sleeping or working as we’ve been in a medical crisis with me for the past week. Anyways, they didn’t issue the refund. Life happens, but customer appreciation was not a thing here. I share this review in hopes of it being constructive criticism as the manager was rude to me. She seemed to think I was lying when I said we were sleeping that day and it was unprofessional to say the vape likely tasted burnt due to my sinus infection… I get this could be controversial, but her experience with a sinus infection could have been totally different to mine. Usually the manager is really nice to me, so I was shocked she responded like that just to me giving some feedback on a product. Maybe it was my fault for sharing too much information… still, kind of makes me not want to go back. I tried to be the better person and didn’t make any scene… but afterwards, I still felt that wasn’t right… Thanks for reading.
