Where to start? The owner just came out of her store after I pulled up with my family and tried to tell me I couldn't park in the 1hr *street* side public parking in front of her store. She was very unfriendly and rude. Even if I was a heavy smoker, under no circumstances will I ever reward this person with my business, she is not a good ambassador for our community. If you read these reviews lady, your store doesn't pay for the asphalt and sidewalks, our taxes do. I suggest other members of the public make use of the PUBLIC STREET PARKING in front of this business - there are 3 spots! Go for a 45 minute walk, pick some blackberries, enjoy the sun, safe in the knowledge you don't have to spend a second or a cent in this dumpster-fire of a store and your use of public parking in front makes a Karen seethe. To the owners: your attitude actively makes Esquimalt a worse place. Maybe reconsider your behavior to complete strangers. UPDATE: Crazy owner has replied and accused me of being a 'repeat offender'. Of what?! Parking in public street parking while my family picked blackberries for 20 minutes? One time? Garbage people run this place, and they're off their meds. For the record: I was on a bike ride, saw the blackberry bushes and thought it would be a good place to get some for a pie, and came back with my wife and kid. Then this nonsense ensued.

I always love coming to this shop, mainly for the convenience of the location, but the knowledge and friendliness of the owner. He is always very helpful with any questions you may have. My first experience, he helped to show me how to use the product, taught me about priming and everything I need to know. He also didn't let me leave until I had tried it once to make sure I did it correctly. It's always a great experience and I am happy to be a returning customer.

Gentlemen who runs the store is always nice. I also appreciate that this shop is open later than the rest in Victoria. Got a vape juice on sale as well. Which never happens anywhere else.

This is a great place 4 juice open late and that guy is real easy 2 get along with.. all you could want in the beginning before full vape it was a great place to go for a haircut and a vape. Good to see covid did not shut down a independent business.

This vape shop over charges all the time and never gives the receipt is shady/sketch thing to do he adds some extra money on there always (to pocket I’m guessing) Save your money go to the vape shop at admirals walk they don’t over charge they always give you the full detail receipt and they don’t tax you to death like this guy does
