Simatech Vapour Shop 3514 Quadra St

Do your own research if you’re going to shop here. I explained what I was using and looking for and the employee sold me on some recommendations for a rechargeable. It was terrible and way worse than any disposal I’ve ever had. Less than 24hrs later I go in to explain and am told it’s on me. Would have rather kept my $120 and will not be returning. I’ll add the front desk staff gave zero. Honestly if the employee showed an ounce of personality or sympathy for a bad buy then mayyyybe I’d feel different. I’ll just shop elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this place for 4 YEARS. Always a good experience. Until, this chubby guy with glasses started working here. Absolutely trash customer service by this guy. Doesn’t accept my drivers license as valid ID. Sold me wrong pods for my vape. Had to drive back and exchange for the right ones. He wouldn’t exchange it until I raised my voice. Another time asked him for juice flavours in twelve monkeys, he couldn’t find the book and googled ONE flavour. Sold me the wrong brand juice. I realized literally 1 min later as I walked to my car. Went back in, says he won’t exchange it??? I was buying a higher priced juice even… it is more business?? This guy is going to ruin this place. Absolute cancer cell

Came to this store seeking advice. All my questions were answered without hesitation. The employee that helped me around 2:30 today was awesome! Very knowledgeable and understanding of my "noobness"! Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

After having the worst experience at E.Z vape 💨 I did little research and came across you guys! Awesome customer service got the elf bar lasted me well over a week! Super stoked you guys rock and ez vape suck!
