Great service with fair prices. Got a zippo lighter from them as a gift, the quality was good and also they had fair amount of selections to choose from. (The gift box was created somewhere else!)

Cashier was unwelcoming, cold and rude. Selection was quite limited. Overall there’s no reason to choose this establishment among the many others out there.

Worst customer service. Waited while two staff had one person not ready to make a purchase and was scrolling through the book, while I stood there ready to make my purchase and wasn't even acknowledged. Will never return

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Gained a new customer as my neighborhood vape shop has 0 knowledge on their own products Edit: they keep one upping themselves. My last 10 interactions have all been great. Ignore the one bad review I read. New employees happen. To write an entire story disparaging the store as a whole versus speaking to the manager directly shows their incompetence.
