Rip off!!! Went looking for a pipe to use for the day in north van , was sold the cheapest piece they had that wasn't silicone. 15$ plus taxes for a horrible plastic and metal pipe sealed with glue, another 1$ for screens. Was treated like tourists in our own city. For that price you can buy 3 or 4 glass pipes with screens included. Guy at counter acting like it was a good deal. Must be hurting for cash or just like to cheat locals looking for convenience.
