Very disappointing experience!! Bought a vape on Friday which the salesman said need not be charged and has 6000 puffs, and the charge would last as long as the product was left in it. We reconfirmed multiple times if it didn’t need any recharge. The salesman just wanted to get the product sold. And lo! In JUST 3 DAYS THE BATTERY DIED AND THE VAPE IS NOT FUNCTIONING ANYMORE!! When complained about it they asked for us to come down and we will be helped, we drove all the way to the store and the person refused to help us saying that there is no warranty on it! We were not even informed about the warranty before! Such a bad experience!! Do not go!!!

Pathethic experience!!! They do not give warranty here. I bought a vape which said 6000 puffs. It stopped working within 2 days. They don’t even give you a replacement nor any sort of customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone. Extremely poor experience. I drove 10kms to get a refund and the lady said no, we dont give warrenty. Wasted my $40. Absolute nonsense!!!
