I went in to make the switch from disposables to a rechargeable pod system. I got the caliburn tenet in black and red. The device is compact and has a super cool, edgy, metal look to it. The guys at the counter were highly knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me a informative tutorial on the device and their friendly attitude made my transition easier than anticipated. I highly recommend this shop. Edit: I ended up with 2 bottles of bad juice that completely destroyed my carts. I went back after trying several things including buying a different device with different pods and had an excellent customer service experience. I exchanged the destroyed pods and bad juice and stuck around to test it out with great success. I highly recommend this vape shop as their patience and understanding is above and beyond!

Ever since new management took over it’s gone downhill, manager is rude. Used to be a great place but definitely wont be going there again. Take your business elsewhere.

The manager rod at this location was awesome he took over an hour helping me decide the perfect new set up for me and was patient the entire time very knowledgeable on all the products and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for which now a days is rare that an employee cares so much about the customer experience if you are in whiterock this should be your only stop for anything to do with vaping.
