Clutch Vape

I bought a defective vape that blew up. When I came to the store, I explained the situation and requested a refund or exchange. The manager refused to give me one even though I had only used the vape once. The store needs to be more accommodating to its loyal customers and they need better management!

My friend bought a defective vape from the store and asked for a refund or exchange. They refused to give her one and also refused to try to find a solution to the problem. The owner later contacted her and asked for proof of payment but this particular store NEVER gives receipts. There’s also no way for her to provide a bank statement because she paid with cash. Seems like they purposely don’t give receipts so that they can scam you, such a shame.

I come here 3 times a week but not anymore. I bought a vape that clearly was defective, I kindly asked the lady if she can exchange it for me and she was EXTREMELY rude. She asked for proof of payment but they NEVER give out receipts. I told her I can kindly show her my bank statement and text message that I get from collecting points and she was just so horrible and told me no. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN!

Very bad products They sell vapes with factory issues and refuse to return it Not recommended at all . Update to reply to Clutch Vape: The employee at the shop told me on both ways if we have the receipt or not ; the shop will not return it as she called someone called Hani. Reply to update 1: Not anymore… looking for your solution in front of everyone here.
