I am leaving a negative review because of how this store handled my boyfriend’s previous concern, and how this store handles every other negative review. Perhaps a lesson in professionalism and customer service would benefit the owners of this store. Clearly, you struggle in resolving complaints in a professional manner. As to your response, we are familiar with the laws. Nowhere does it say two pieces of PHOTO ID are necessary, which is what your “store manager” advised me I would need to have. My other concern was the impoliteness of your staff, and unfortunately “we are sure he was nice” doesn’t really cut it. It’s great that you have faith in your store manager, but you have received many negative reviews containing concerns relating to impolite staff. Your snarky attitude in your responses to customer concerns does little to resolve the issues and just proves your staff members are unprofessional and rude. A simple apology generally suffices. A response is not needed, as we have no further interest in you or your store. Sorry if this inconveniences you!

I've been coming here for about 7 years now and I have to say that this is the best vape shop I've ever been to, they quickly became my home shop back in 2016. They always have a great selection of devices, juice, and disposables. They keep up to date with new products coming in seemingly every week. There's always something new for me to try! The staff have always been extremely helpful, and patient with me. They taught me everything I needed to know to get started, and since then have been nothing but professional and polite with ever visit. The owners don't come by a lot anymore, but they're super great people and run a nice shop, they're funny and honest people and it's nice to see a small family run shop like theirs last. It's is always so clean and smells fruity every time I go in, and the place just feels like home. With unique furniture (Love the coffee table), the cool decor, to the music selection, they make it a super cool spot to hang out and chat, or for a quick in and out shopping trip. They always keep my juice in stock and I can't seem to find it anywhere else, which is weird because it's the best flavour I've tried. I can't vape anything else, if you go here it's called "Grehp" and it's delicious, you've gotta try it. All in all, this has to be, hands down the best shop I've been to, and I'll keep going back every time I'm out of juice or pods, or if I need a dispo to get me through the weekend. If I could give 6 stars I would! Rock on Twisted Coil!

I’ve been coming here for the last six months since I’ve been in Toronto for school, so obviously I’m not from Ontario and my ID is from my home province. I understand the need to be thorough, but this is two times now that the guy working has been incredibly rude and given me a lot of problems with my ID. The first time when I brought just my ID, he refused to accept it (saying that there are a lot of fakes from this province) and asked for a credit card, which I didn’t have on me but I gave him my health card. Today when I went in, I brought my credit card, my health card AND my ID to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems, and even then he barely accepted it. He said next time I needed two forms of photo ID, because he would be going to a different location and “the new staff wouldn’t know me”? I have never had any issues going to the LCBO, dispensaries, or any other vape shops nearby with my ID and credit card (which is rarely needed). Either way, it shouldn’t matter whether the staff know me or not, because I’m coming in with valid ID. But no need to worry about it anymore because I definitely won’t be coming back here again. The staff really need to learn how to speak to customers and get their policies in order. This is extremely upsetting because I’ve had really great interactions in the past, but not since this one specific employee started working here and giving me issues. Shame.
