Very seldom do I leave negative reviews, but I stopped coming here for about 2 years. I just bought a device and juice. No problem with the device; however, the juice that was advertised as an ice flavour has absolutely no menthol feel, as a matter of fact it just tastes like bad breath. I went back to try and get some sort of discount on a different flavour because I understand you can’t return this type of stuff, but absolutely nothing was done for me. Maybe I’ll try again in another 2 years, but I’m extremely displeased and have to go to a different vape shop to get some new juice as I don’t want to support this place anymore

Super friendly and they always insist on making sure everything you've purchased is in working condition before you leave the store

This place is honestly one of the best vape stores you could ever go to not only are their deals amazing but their customer service is just over the top and you won't be able to find anything else like it sometimes I can't even think of the name of the type of vape juice that I might have seen in an advertisement or one of my friends had had that I also wanted to try. I believe his name is Steve I have a terrible memory I'm so sorry but he's one of the best guys there and there's another girl that's there as well that I really like too and she's pretty helpful but they both help me find new flavors when my flavors are discontinued and continue to provide me the best customer experience that I have ever had at any vape store.
