Love this store , close to home and the staff are great, I’ve never had any problems they’re all super friendly. I will continue to go back even after reading the negative reviews. It’s very simple to go down the road to another vape shop if they do not have something in stock not a big deal and every time they’ve ever not had something in stock they apologize multiple times. Keep it up!!

Very knowledgable and friendly staff and management - should not have to put up with the people who show up in corrections uniforms on a power trip, are rude and scream at staff. How dare they write one star reviews! Hopefully those 2 will get banned from the store asap and have their false reviews removed.

Most dissatisfied Fat Pandy I have ever dealt with. If you are experiencing the same please take the time to warn others. Some of the staff are helpful with the other half being flat out rude. (Vanessa) The store is always out of coils for devices that they sell and should support. I have to go to pink flamingo for my coils because the story is always the same that the warehouse is out.Also they know I get the first responder discount and one girl in piticular always forgets so I get ripped off. This is the only store it happens at. I also deal with the one in Selkirk and there great. Anyway I could go on and on. But they can sort out there own issues with the staffing challenges. BTW. I no longer go to Fat Panda after 15 years of vaping. Cheers, Jason

Fantastic store! Started coming here a year ago… and ALL staff always go above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Staff was amazing, store is clean. Garnitt is super friendly and I loved my conversation with him. Definitely coming back.
