Went in may 17/23 just before 11am one worker is store. Worker didn’t seem like he wanted to help. Was asking for where I can see flavours for a certain brand in the flavour menu because I couldn’t find it and he just looked at me and proceeded to play on his computer. Terrible customer service. I asked to buy a certain flavour and he gave me the wrong one and I didn’t notice until I got home. Incompetent lazy worker with zero customer service skills. Find a new job buddy.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Staff is amazing! They are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to find what works for their customers. Ausey really knows his stuff, and I appreciated him and his boss going the extra mile when I had issues with my vape. I will continue to take my business here in the future. Keep up they great work, you guys rock!

Very friendly staff, never too busy to the point where you have to stand in line and wait. Only negative is the fact they never have the 140ml of the "Big Boy big explosion juice". If you guys can maybe restock more on an item that's clearly popular that would make things much easier!

Go see Alex!! She was patient, informative and super sweet! That’s the only place we will shop now, because of her excellent customer service. Due to covid it is only curb side pick up and she made shopping so easy. ☺️
