Disappointed in customer loyalty and refund policy, I’ve now had one torch lighter last two days in which I didn’t try an return it even, I made another 100$+ purchase and asked for some understanding on the final price. Nope none paid sticker price which made me More upset cuz the front of the store on cyber Monday annfollowing days indicated a sale on all items and cheech glass which when inquired turned out to be false or not honoured. Total has Been 460$ spent since this post which I was instructed to do —and it was insinuated / they led me to believe they’d hook it up which again they didn’t. Sad. Do better guys. You got Great potential here.
