Honestly I prefer this vape shop over any of the others in Winnipeg. Always a friendly greeting, extremely knowledgeable, which is huge in this market as some places don't know left from right. I will keep using Vape haven here on Watt street for many years to come. Even though there are 20 others closer to home for me. Keep up the great work guys and girls.

Corey is very knowledgeable and helped me alot with my first RDA build, also a great selection of juice flavors and reasonably priced. Very clean shop and in a easy to find location. 10/10

100% recommend for getting great customer service!! Had a vape that was broken that I bought from here some time ago and a gentleman with glasses switched it out for me NO CHARGE and even gave me some credit too! Ended up getting some vape juice with it. Have been going here on and off for 4 years. And will continue to keep coming back! THANK YOU TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO DID THIS FOR ME!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and he advised me against one of the ejuice selections I was making which his honesty and recommendation was greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated the advance email advising me of the upcoming excise tax and how I can avoid it in the immediate term.

I absolutely love the guy who works here, he’s extremely helpful and friendly, the shop is always clean and has a great display, great store hours, i used to go to fat panda but since coming here i’ll never go back, it’s much better customer service and they always have what i need weather it’s a new vape, juice or coils, definitely check it out for yourself:)
