Bree and her team(Gaylene, Rachel & Adriene) are very knowledgeable about their products! They take the time with genuine interest by asking questions to help understand your needs and recommend the product best suited for you. I was sincerely impressed with a recommendation interaction I watched Bree and a customer have as I was shopping for a gift. The customer had minimal knowledge on a product and from start to finish, Bree gave her undivided attention to this customer and then I witnessed a team member who had also made an additional recommendation to her and she was happy n thankful for the input from her coworker. Easy to say I was impressed and so was the other customer. Great initiative to go above and beyond customer service expectations!!! Thank you for your time and knowledge ladies!
