Jessi helped me a lot while I was there for the first time. I told him once that this is the kind of flavour I was looking for and he ended up suggesting me one option which I loved it absolutely. If you like classic flavour, then go for Vanilla Classic. Seemed like a pretty nice guy. Make sure to look for this guy when you are in there and dont forget to get the stamp before you leave. I used to be a loyal customer of this place for years! Until they "screwed" me out of a $50 vape. I went into the store one day looking to buy a vape and was greeted and served by an assistant who had a severe speech impediment. He was polite but very difficult to understand and communicate with. I was interested in one particular vape but wasn't sure of its colour and shape of its mouthpiece. I wasn't sure if the vape was right for me. The assistant went over to get the vape and brought it back to the counter with the box already opened and he showed me the colour in person. I still wasn't really sure the vape was what I was looking for. Because of the assistants communication barrier I made SURE that I asked him a number of times if I could return or exchange the vape and he repeatedly assured me that I COULD! Because of his assurance I purchased the vape and felt safe in my purchase with the promise of returning it if I changed my mind. The next day, less than 24 hrs later, I went back to the store to return/exchange the vape for another. I didn't use it at all, it was unused. Protective plastic still on it. I was greeted by a different employee that denied the return and told me that because the box was already opened I couldn't return it. Remember that the box was opened at the store by the previous employee before I had even purchased it. I asked to speak to the manager who was "unavailable" and not in the store. I called the next day and spoke to the manager who also told me I couldn't return or exchange it for another because the box was opened. Now I'm out $50 and stuck with a vape I will never use because of the company's and someone else's fault/mistake. I was a loyal customer and shopped with them for years. I definitely took my business elsewhere. Id much rather spend my money with a company that appreciates long term return customers and a company that will make THEIR wrongs right for their customers. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! And I highly advise against shopping there.

Absolutely a must see for anyone new to the area! HUGE selection and Fantastic service ! with more juice flavors to sample then you will know that to do with and possibly every atty ever made available to buy you can't go wrong with a stop in to Wicks and WIres

Absolutely the worst service, I’m out of province and I had 3 legal BC ID’s on me the guy checked and then proceeds to ask for a passport which I didn’t even bring because I literally travelled with my drivers license only and then refused to sell us anything.
