If you open at 10-11 just say that…stop making people sit in the cold for an hour and a half after your “open”
I was in there last night and had a wonderful experience with an employee by the name of Jordan I didn’t know much about upgrading my vape he was very patient and extremely knowledgeable I never felt as if I was being a burden an absolutely wonderful and great atmosphere if management happens to see this I believe Jordan deserves praise for a job well done! I’ll definitely be a regular costumer thanks to him a definite step up above the rest highly recommend this store 5 stars don’t do justice
These guys have been awesome in helping me quit smoking. I had done a little research before going in but I still had a lot of questions. I knew what wouldn't work for me because I knew what parts of smoking were the most important to me. For me to quit it needed to simulate smoking as much as possible. They didn't try to do a sales pitch, they pointed me into exactly what I said I needed to get me off of cigs. I was on the right machine for me right away. They are super friendly. Shop has a great selection. I've since checked out other shops and found them lacking in variety and experience. My only issue with them is one person on staff seems to always be in a rush, he needs to slow down and take a moment with each customer because it makes you feel like you have to make rush decisions. If you are just quitting and want a place to go that knows how to help you best then go here. You might pay a little more for the product but you are also getting a lot more experience and help.
Nice employees and close to home. I prefer to order online out of province because I can get flavours and at a better price but it's a awesome place in a pinch.
I'd like to start by saying I don't like writing negative reviews about a company, but this one made me angry, and I'd like for it to not happen to others. I had been shopping at the Vapor Trail both online and in store for close to a year now. The majority of the time I am treated by intelligent and polite employees, today was not the case. I placed an order online with the Vapor Trail a week ago, and apparently the store in Cole Harbour is where a lot of their orders are "supposedly" shipped from. Today after getting no updates I decided to email the support staff and ask for an update. I then find out that my package of 6 mesh coils has been sitting in their back office for a week, no one has given it to a courier. Finding this unacceptable, I politely gave the tech support person two options... 1. Refund me the cost of shipping, and let me go to the store which I live a 20 minute drive from. Let me pay for the coils I purchased and we can go about our lives. 2. Refund the entire purchase and lose a customer. The individual I was speaking with refunded my order and said I may pick up the coils free of charge. I chose option 2, however, I made it clear that I wanted to pay for these coils, I do not appreciate customers who try to get free stuff when they have been jerked around. All I wanted was my shipping refunded since I was going to go pick up the coils myself. However, this now means that based on their choices, I will no longer be shopping at the Vapor Trail. Let me be clear, I am not upset with how this mistake was treated, I am upset that the mistake happened in the first place. For a week, other orders went out the door to their owners while mine sat on a desk because the staff at this store was too lazy or forgetful to hand them my package. I'd like to thank the woman who helped me on the phone, but this store is not a good business, go elsewhere.
