Very nice staff; they ensured that I understood the proper usage and maintenance of the vape before I went ahead and purchased it. This shop is a must-visit if you're into vaping!

The customer service provided by the night staff was awful. He sold me the wrong disposable item and refused to exchange it. I had specifically indicated which one I wanted, but after purchasing it, I noticed that he had given me the incorrect flavor. It was not my fault that he provided the wrong one. I had previously made a few purchases there, and everything was perfect, especially with the young lady who usually served me. However, today, this guy left me unsatisfied.
