The reason for the 2 stars has nothing to do with products prices or workers. I have visited that store 3 times in the last 2 weeks during business hours and it has not been open the sign currently on the door says only open till 1 pm today well its 1130 and they are not open. Maybe time to change your hours of business

Don't bother ordering from this business. Their service has gone down his over the past few years. Been waiting 3 weeks for a order to come in to Saint John from Fredericton (less than an hour away). After 2.5 weeks I followed up with them and it still hasn't shipped. ZEro contact from the business to communicate delays. I had to call them to inquire why i haven't gotten it. So disapointed as i've been dealing with them pretty much since they opened.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant

Used to be my top place to go for vape. When they started they had lots of selection of juice. Now it's more unlikely they have what I'm looking for. Same excuse each time.... our order is coming. Cheap prices but no good to me if you don't have the stock . At this point it's more convenient to drive to Fredericton and get what I need at that location.

Good prices but long way to come with the customer service. To me the quality of juice is very cheap and sub par at best. Taste okay first day or so then loses flavor and is rather harsh compared to e liquid I normally vape even at 3mg nic. One employee seemed to not really care about answering questions or helping and seemed rather lazy the other I spoke with was quick to ask if I needed help of answer questions. 2 STARS.
