I went to the wrong door and thought they were closed and someone came out to flag me down. That alone was impressive. The guy who came out to get me, was fantastic, huge help, answered my questions and got me a product that I think is right for me. The two young ladies behind the counter were also engaged and helpful...this will be my place to go. Excellent experience! Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but If you're having a bad day...stay home, and don't aggravate people who are trying to help you...just sayin

They had a sign up that said buy one bottle get the second bottle free. I had 2 60 ml bottles in my hand, proceeded to pass the worker the bottles of juice. She charged me $52, then she mixed the bottles up under the counter. Then passed me back 2 30ml bottles. She then said the 2nd bottle was tax free but still charged me full price for both. She was being extremely disrespectful towards me & wouldn’t refund me. Bunch of scammers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this shady company.

Very knowledgeable and helpful !! They know their products very well. Tons of flavours and great devices. Test station is pretty cool aswell if your unsure of what you are looking for in a disposable!! 👌

Absoutly Awful customer service. I was not greeted or acknowledged. The three employees standing behind the counter were more concerned with watching the television. Which seems like it was put in the store soley for them. Every question I asked seemed like an inconvenience and made me uncomfortable honestly. Instead of coming to help me, one employee simply showed me where I could walk back and forth to reference my own prices. (Which aren't all listed anyways) PRICES ARE CHEAPER AT HEMP CONNECTION ON HEARLD AVENUE!! You also get customer service there. :3 (Not affiliated with Hemp Connection)

We rented a car. The owner is so friendly. He accommodated us for drop off at the airport with marginal cost. Loved it.
