Hands-down best customer service I’ve seen in 20 years. Happy enthused workers are awsome here. Best experience I’ve had purchasing online with the best customer service ever. I wasn’t planning on buying anything else but this company makes it hard for me not to, so that being said I will be back! thank you from the ❤️!!

Yesterday I had to replace my bong. The guy behind the counter was straight up and knowledgeable. I told him my plight and price range. HE asks me to wait a second and pulls out a box and offers me a deal that met all my requirements. Answered all my questions. Now I have a great glass piece that is upgradeable. And i saved money. I checked and the price for my bong was less then ALL the internet pricing I found! Here in St. Johns that impressed me a lot. My bong is great and the shop is also a clean place with knowledgeable staff. Bravo! I also want to state that this is probably my third time in the store ever and never had a problem yet.

Horrible customer service. Bought a $75 butane torch that is suppose to have a 9" flame but only produces about a 1.5-2" trickle. The flame lock switch also does not say locked in the on position and the mechanism releases internally and the button is still in the on position. The flame lock must be reset to off then back to on, but usually pops out. This thing is a horrible lemon with multiple defects. I bought this around 7 last night got home before the shop closed and gave it a try. Called and told the manager of the issues. I was told to bring it in today. I was told they would not give me store credit, or a refund upon arriving. The clerk was also very rude and seemed more interested in eating his snack then helping me. They said they would have to call their distributor. I'm not sure how exchanging this product or getting a refund would have anything to do with calling the distributor or why that would be the response given to me. So if you buy something there they with not exchange for the same product or give you store credit or a refund. The torch I bought yesterday was a Stok R which is the poorest made torch I have even used. I just can't see a company making a customer wait in this situation to exchange or refund or give store credit. Also.......Last year I bought a Newport torch there and it was great then I bought a second and after a few weeks it died down a lot, in that case I was told the same thing which makes sense weeks after purchase to warranty the product I also lost the bill, but they know me well there. I spend at least $100 usually North of that there every week. It took them over 3 weeks to replace it and then just gave me a torch they already had on the shelf the whole time, which pissed me off but solved the Newport problem. Seems like to me the management there has no idea what customer service is or how to run a business.
