I love this store. Jodi is awesome, he gives me free stuff to try sometimes, plus they have the cheapest stuff in town. Just bought a asmodus spruzza and some sony batteries. They got the cheapest prices around! I literally go there almost 4 times a week lol. This is not ever 1/4 of what I got from there. I have literally bought so much 12 monkeys there its ridiculous. Great staff, good people and taught me from using smoks to making my own coils and so on. Thanks and vape on! To be honest all the other stores in Newfoundland can't ever come close.

Awesome service great selection. Bought a vap that was faulty. Not the shops fault just a bad unit. Tried the fixes suggested but no luck. Went back on the next day and was refunded completly decided to upgrade as I find as I'm more comfortable with a meatier product. Works like a charm, completly satisfied with both product and service.

Went there on Many occasions .Poor service from one rude staff .Have been buying ALLO Sync for over a year .Went on May 30th bought new device and first one not working.Called and two devices later still didn't work replaced it same issue machine shorting out .As we all know this is not manufactured by Rock Vapor .In conclusion today the owner contacted me .Great service and compensated me for the defective device and also a disposable for my inconvience and pods .Thank you so much Corey and I will continue to purchase my products from you 😁😁😁

What a joke of a place! I ordered 3 Allo disposables online, I put my DOB (I AM 30) and wrote a note that either myself or my Mother in Law (included her name, and she is 60) would be picking up my order in the comment section provided ON THE ONLINE ORDERING. I work until 6pm and am an hour car ride from downtown so I asked my mother in law who was in the general area to pick up my order, AS WRITTEN IN THE COMMENT SECTION. Not only did they deny my pickup, when my MIL went to order it herself as I told them to refund me, she was also denied. Their reasoning, I could be a minor. Ok sure. I agree that is possible, but I offered to right then and there send a pic of my licence. As well, I offered to video chat. What a bunch! Clearly they do not want business nor is accommodating and to deny a 60 year old service as well as speak with such disrespect is cause for concern. Off to Avalon Vapor who are amazing to deal with and will receive my business, my families business and I'll MAKE sure my friends business going forward! 🙃

Great staff, really nice layout. Went in as a newbie and had all my questions answered and received excellent treatment from the staff. I can understand why the place was so busy.
