I walked in looking an inexpensive and simple vaporizer and the friendly sales clerk showed my a Randy's Echo, which was exactly what I was looking for. He gave a quick demonstration of the controls and temperature indicator lights, explained the warranty, and that was that. Great products, friendly service and good prices. What more could you ask for :-)

Visiting from NB Bathurst great place for glass was able pick up nice red eye glass at great price !

Only ever called the store during my visit to Halifax, but I knew nothing about how cannabis worked there and the gentleman that answered my phone call delivered all the necessary information and then some in a very friendly and helpful manner, despite knowing I wouldn't be stopping by their store. That kind of genuine, consumer-friendly service is pretty damn rare these days, hell I almost bought a bong out of respect. Great spot I'm sure

Purchased their top $500 erig unit in Sackville.. after 4 uses and less than a week since purchase it stopped working. “Not our problem… deal with the manufacturer”. No exchange, no refund, no troubleshooting.. just horrible service. take my advice… Just buy online… supporting them gets you no where.

bought something from them it broke, when. was opening it. (manufacturer defect it was decided by their staff) took it back for a gift certificate and now they close their doors.???? wow.. they deserve to close! good riddance!
