I've been a customer for around a year, on a weekly to bi-weekly basis and always had a good experience shopping there. Tonight a group of us were dining at the restaurant next door. A young curly haired employee came outside, and went 0 to 100 in about 2 seconds threatening us and being extremely aggressive. Complaining about how it's a hard time for him and we can't be on their property. We were on the sidewalk at this point, and he tried to start a fight yelling in peoples faces. He went inside the restaurant and complained about us, the server spoke to us (we've been members of the club for 5y+) and acknowledged we aren't unruly people as we've never caused problems and he was overreacting. Yelling and threatening customers is not a way to run a business regardless of your personal problems. Tonight you lost my business and that of another person there. I made a purchase that night and he did the day before, neither of us will be back.

Went there a few days ago. Got the product that I was looking for. Good interaction. Came back today, told me they never sold it and were pretty rude. “If he didn’t tell me the just of it then I don’t get it”. Not sure at all what that even means? Would avoid shopping here, the curly haired guy is rude. Left feeling tense from the altercation and vibes.

Sell product one day, won't sell to you the next. I guess it depends on the weather or whether or not they think you are a 'narc' cracking down on vape shops selling juice- give me a break. Tried supporting local, I'll spend the little extra money and shop online.

They sell faulty and over priced products. Better check online. I visited your store yesterday and you guys said that a 8500 puff should last 2weeks but it’s already over in 7days. In addition, your staff openly said they cannot help or do anything about faulty products. No way a 8500 puff’s vape can be consumed in just 7days at least not by me who usually uses it for about 3 weeks. One more thing how come you will have record of my name 🤔 your staff never asked me to fill any info.

Probably the best Vape Store in all of Halifax amazing people. With great quality customer service, as well as quality products!
