I bought my first stlth pen here. It was the original. It cost almost 3 times as much as where I shop, they had one flavor, blend, was horrible.
Went in to buy coils, I showed the attendant my caliburn and was given G2 coils. I didn’t check (my fault) and left with the box. I got home filled one and ran back to exchange the one I wasn’t using. I asked if I could simply trade 1 for 1 (the same price). I was told that all sales are final. So first off, the attendant made a mistake (we all do) and I didn’t check (I should have). I was told they couldn’t exchange one for one. What kind of service is this? Now I have 2 coils I can’t use when this simple mix up could’ve been rectified. I agreed to take the loss on the open one I filled, and exchange the other one for my type. They sell coils by the single so that shouldn’t be a problem. Needless to say I won’t be using their services anymore and will tell people to check what they buy cause the minute you swipe your card they won’t work with you. Great business practice 🙄You lost a loyal customer and I’ll be letting my friends know! It’s not the money it’s the principle.
I purchased a device from their store with an assurance that there was a 7-Day in store exchange policy in case of any defect. When using the device for the first time it was apparent that there was in fact a manufacturer's defect preventing the device from operating all together. I went to the store of the very next day looking for an exchange and was told that there is only one staff member able to accept exchanges and that I would have to wait an additional 4 days to discuss the matter. I needed a new device for the long weekend which is why I made the purchase on Thursday. I was left no choice but to go to a different store to buy a working device. This is very poor customer service and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward and encourage everyone to do the same. This is not the first issue I have had with the store. They sold me expired bunk juice knowingly and lied to my face about it. The juice in question was Vanilla sin and it was in glass bottles instead of the plastic. The manager indicated that the glass bottles were far cheaper than the plastic but that there was no difference between them. I had tried the vanilla sin in plastic before and enjoyed the flavor but the liquid in the glass containers was absolutely disgusting in each of the two bottles I purchased. I suspect that they knew these were very old otherwise I'm not sure why they would be less money. Not Good Guys.
You couldn't ask for a better vape store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, which is great for first time users. They'll take their time and explain the options for you. Their points system isn't very strong, but it will get you a good discount on a new rig or a free bottle of juice now and then
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. A great selection of mods, tanks, kits and juices - frankly the best selection I've found in the city. I bought my second vape from them about a year ago and i was really uncertain of what I wanted and Matt helped me find the perfect one, showed me a lot of the features it had and made sure it was in my hand and ready for use when I left! I have the Smok Prince tank and they're the only store in the HRM that carries the widest range of coils that are available for it. Each time I come in looking for a new juice to try the staff always have great recommendations and have samples you can smell which helps a ton for choosing what you want.
