Vlad and Meesha are amazing representatives. They know their products and always provide great service and recommendations. Plus the owner himself is a riot. It has been recommended to try the products before leaving, because the device might not work (as sometimes all businesses receive defective ones). Exchange policy is justifiable because their selection is mostly disposables (1 day, I believe - just be aware of that). Not sure about returns. Overall, it's best to just try them after purchase. Overall, my go-to spot. :)

Its awful service!!! I never back! I got a damage product its not working at all!!!! I just asked them to return or change! But they said we CAN do nothing!!!!! The customer service is crazy and I never NEVER recommend to purchase there!

I had a fantastic experience at the vape store! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect products to suit my preferences. They have a wide variety of flavors and accessories, and the store was well-organized and clean. I'll definitely be returning for all my vaping needs.

Purchased a defect vape and paid $30. Open the package and it wasn't working so I called the store to exchange but was told that there is no exchange or return policy once you leave the store. Make sure to test all your vape purchase before you leave the store or you will be wasting your money.
