DO NOT COME HERE! These guys are the worst and so are their vapes. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve bought multiple vapes from here that are already burnt and they always tell me they won’t do anything about it. Yesterday for example I bought a vape and it dies after 5 pulls. And I know if I go back they will say the same thing they always do and say it is not their problem. They will sell you faulty vapes and give you zero refund, replacement or kindness in return. Their “policy” is you have to try it right then and there or else they won’t give you a replacement but nine times out of ten an issue comes up with the vape an hour later. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else!

Uptown Vapor has been my go-to spot for all my vaping needs for years. Having worked in the industry for many years, I can say that this team knows their stuff. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their products and always willing to answer questions I might have. What really sets them apart, however, is the friendly customer service and their dedication to their customers. They make me feel like a valued customer every time I visit! Reminder, Vaping is a government regulated product now... Please don't forget to keep your disposable packaging until you are done / have tested your vape. In response to those who site price or availability of specific product as a reason for poor rating do so in ignorance of small business operations and lack appreciation for the value others have for brick and mortar. Get your endless selection and bargain prices online, without honest dialog nor knowledge of any backing. And yes, if you want it same day you'll pay a Premium either via delivery or in person.... These guys are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Where they lack in any attribute ... because the rest of us are perfect... they make up for in being genuinely good guys. As far as limited hours of availability... just consider these guys have lives outside of serving the public. So plan accordingly. Although I do not patron this establishment due to a large geographical delta, I highly recommend Uptown Vapor for getting highest quality products and nearest unbiased knowledge. Bought my first vape here. Didn't know anything about vaping, the guy there took the time to educate me first. Great shop!

i’ve been a customer here for over a year, bought lots of products from them. I ask for a usual pod i always get and get asked for an ID (im 28) i tell him i forgot it but i have a picture of my id, he says he cant help me. LITERALLY been here probably a hundred times, and i let him know his customer service is terrible and his response is, good for u. to the owner’s reponse: perhaps recognize loyal customers or train your staff to ID every single time then, but then again, how silly would it be to ID the customer who comes in very often.
