Empower Vapes Barrie 15B Dunlop St E

Both locations of this Vape Shoppe are a joke. On Jan.17, I placed an $80 online order, including shipping which stated delivery within 1-4 business days. 2 weeks later and no delivery and no contact from Empower Vapes to update me on the delay. I try calling both locations and Allison's number is never answered, Barrie location number is not in service. Tried to establish contact via email and chat options and all messages I have left have gone unanswered. Yesterday I tried tracking the parcel using the order number provided on the confirmation email I received on Jan. 17th only to realize my order didn't even get shipped out. Quick to take the $ and then disappear. How they get 5 star ratings is beyond me

Alex came in and introduced himself when they opened last month. Their vape shop was amazing from the start and they have been continuously growing better and better every time I go in! The staff are incredible, knowledgeable kind and helpful. They have so many new products to try and I love them all! Their hours are perfect for me and my co workers because of how late we are, and they go out of their way to make sure we get the products we’re looking for! 10/10 recommend!! ❤️

Alex has been incredibly helpful. I used to go to other vape shops across town because I get off work late, but their flexible hours reflect their understanding of their clients! 10/10 selection, 10/10 customer service. Always a pleasure visiting the shop❤️

I absolutely love this shop! The shop is so nice and the staff are even better! I was extremely satisfied with the vape that Will and Alex suggested. This is the second Empower location that I have been to (Alliston is the one closest to me) and I am beyond impressed with the knowledge and overall customer service they provide. Fantastic job!

80% of the time when I've gone when they should be open they're either closed entirely or there's a note on the door saying they'll be back in 30 minutes(which usually is not the case). When they're actually open the service and selection is good.
