Best vape store in Barrie, I've been coming here since it opened, best deals on vape juice, they have everything you'll ever need and if they don't, there wonderful manager Taran will make sure to get if for you as soon as possible!! 10 out of 10

Was sold a malfunctioning vape with safty button not working, was met with no middle ground in regards to a solution, cashier got verbally aggressive. I just wanted more manufacturer information to go through them. I understood I didnt have my recipt I thought it would be in the loyalty system. The rudness of the employee is what makes me not want to be a customer anymore. For the amount of money I spent at that store I expected at least a little give.
