They answered the phone when I called and saved us a trip to the store because they were able to tell me they did not carry the product we were looking for, simply based on my description. Friendly and professional

There is more selection in eLiquid it is a good store to buy your vaping need

Absolutely astounded at the lack of quality in staff and products. I’ve purchased 2 vapes Both were defective after 20 puffs rpm 80 and IPX 80 (these two cakes were purchased a day before they broke) brought in and was told to call smok themselves as they don’t have a return policy and don’t stand behind the products they’re selling. Absolutely disappointed I wouldn’t recommend visiting this vape store at all. Take the extra 10 minute drive and go to jays vape on hurst drive. Atleast they stand behind the product.

Really quiet sales rep. Didnt have any knowledge of what he was selling. Didnt know what Uwell was even though the google description by the store says they sell Uwell. I asked for a recommendation for a good tank as i was looking to get a new one, and the only thing he could say was " this tank has max capacity". One of the least helpful vapestores ive been to and ive been to alot. Really disappointed as it got very awkward after i asked him if he had a juice that was dessert flavoured and he told me he had twelve monkeys and lemon drop (his go to sales im sure, he didnt let me know any of the flavours only brand) as he signaled to the wall behind him. Yes i can see the brand but what are the flavours?? The only thing i like about this place was the colour of their wall.
