Went into the store 2 weeks ago. Told the guy I needed 4 bottles for today and gave him the date and time I would be back. He got on the phone while I was there and ensured me the 4 bottles would be at that location today as I was leaving for vacation. But they never got them for me. So, I went elsewhere and they won't see me again. Very poor service.

Ive been shopping here for 5 years and they still get my business. Love going in and seeing the regular faces. I’ve had issues with some disposables in the past (leaky or doa off the line) VC has always guided me on replacement options or swap out. Thanks again n see yall soon!

I’ve been coming here for a long time, and usually would give 10/10 stars, but tbh am disappointed, and will be going to super vape down the street from now on… not to be that guy, but ,, i buy flavour beasts (33.xx$ after tax) regularly, because I like the LED screen, that lets me know when its out of juice. They last me 1+ weeks every time. I bought one on the 6th of january, and after four days of having it, it malfunctioned. The LED went dark, and the vape stopped pulling when hit. I brought it back on the 11th, because they were closed on the 10th, and the guy told me they wouldn't replace it because 4 days was too long, and he finishes them in 4 days,, i was kind of sad because I’ve been going there for so long, and I’ve been buying flavour beasts specifically for so long, and this is the first time I’ve had a FB do this. i even pulled another way older one out of my pocket, and tried to explain that even tho this one is out of juice, it still turns on and pulls, which is what they’ve always done since i started buying them. i also explained that the LED was still showing lots of juice and battery, when it “died”. he asked if i use a fast charger, i said no, i charge it in my pc, and that was it, no replacement, so i just left because i was kinda upset and not in the mood to argue. it was super disappointing, because Im struggling financially, and buy the FBs because they last the longest, dont give me battery problems, etc,, I’m still going to continue to purchase FBs, but not from this store anymore, because it was legitimately faulty,,,, s/o to my roommate for buying me a beast box (27.xx$) from super vape down the street, because i couldnt afford another, and she was just as disappointed as i was to hear they didnt care. i understand its not the businesses fault i received a faulty vape, but super disappointing that they didn’t even give me a partial credit :( *edited stars to reflect that the business did reach out and replace the vape after leaving this review**

I wish I could give more than 5 *. Walked in there looking for something for someone else. I do not vape and had no knowledge. Met Mike and he was amazing. Knew the products, knew his stock, and gave me far more info than anyone else(prev 3 vape stores). I will always go there if I need, and highly recommend Mike and this store ! Thanks again Mike !

I will go out of my way, take a bus if necessary to make my purchases at Vape Club. The service is fantastic, and I enjoy saving up my rewards for a rainy day.
