I've been going here for 4 years now and have never had an issue! Every staff member I've had the pleasure of meeting has been kind and helpful. I often go into the store and end up staying for a while just chatting. The staff genuinely care, and remember me too! I love this store and refuse to go anywhere else!

If you had asked me to review Underground Vapes Inc 5 months ago I would have given them 5 stars! Always the kindest people when I go into the store. Recently I moved to the other side of town and cannot get into the shop often anymore...they have a same day delivery option on there website, mind you there is no estimated time of arrival. I can most definitely understand that with the amount of orders recieved. Only thing is normally the delivery driver needs a signature and ID. Jay is the sweetest man alive. Truly. I am sorry for leaving a 2 star review but here's the thing... when I order something for delivery that requires me to be there standing at my door it seems simple to have an estimate on when you should expect it. That's not even the worst part. This part has half to do with the store and half to do with voxzu logistics. Half the time I have to sign for the order half the time they leave it in the neighbors mailbox and text me 20 minutes later it's been delivered and I have to go ask around to see if anyone has seen a package for me. To add to insult the incompetent lady who Jay let's run the shop half the time has the audacity to give my girlfriend attitude on the phone when asking simple questions politely and hang up on her. I was a loyal customer for 1 year plus. Never again. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you really need a vape. There are better stores in the area with the upmost respect for their customers. Not just there money. If you call them before coming into the store or placing an order you will be greeted with care. Once they have your money they are sour. Nobody should deal with two faced business owners. 👎

Staff are always very nice and helpful. Store is neat. There is a variety of flavours for pods and vapes to choose from. Always enjoy shopping/stopping by.

Amazing vape shop owner is a really good guy. I would drive out of my way from Brantford just to deal with the service and people here. Thanks for everything buddy! Must go to place for all your vaping needs!
