Very rude staff. Came in asked for a specific product sold me the wrong product could be a mistake on both of our parts. Came back in to try to buy the correct product again. Brought everything they asked for since it couldn't be handled over the phone (I still want to know why that's why you have a phone is it not?) Bought the product they promised would work, only reason I bought it was because they said it would work and they work there they should know what they're talking about. well doesn't work. call the store again asked about return policy. wanting to know if i could exchange the two products that I have bought so far that didn't work for hopefully one that did. now they could have just said no... no is a full sentence. no is an answer. but to laugh at me that is ridiculous. I understand you have a zero return policy that's why I wanted to know if an exchange was different, I don't work there I don't know the ins and out of your policy that's why I asked your website already sucked. that's why I was calling you guys enough first place. so now I have just wasted over $50 on stuff that doesn't work that the staff recommended me to buy just to get laughed at I've been shopping here on a weekly basis for 2 years. I'm never coming back

2 different prices. Bad business. Register showed 23 and change asked for my payment method then bumped the amount by a dollar. I wonder how many people they do this to. I will not be coming back that is for sure.

Worst customer service possible. Sold me the wrong item, after having to repeat myself twice. Maybe listen to your customers and get off the phone!!!

Literally shoved the counter so there’s no room for anyone to actually go inside or see product without being in there 20 mins while they shuffle around. Proved 3 points that I’m over age, and even work in a 19+ store myself and was still refused service after being served not a month prior. So inconsistent.

Very displeased with the customer service. Bought a $30.00 disposable vape 2500 puffs and 2 days later it was flashing... went to see if I can replace it, and they give me the runaround, saying I had to Google the manufacturer, get in touch with the sales rep etc. If you own the store don't you have all this information at your fingertips? Do not shop at this place. I will never shop there again
