The Vape Exchange 1280 Pitt St

Went Thursday afternoon last week and the guy there gave the worst customer experience I have ever had Super rude didn’t want to help and treated us like we were bothering him. I do not recommend this place he also tried to rip us off by changing the price on the cartridges to double what was tagged on them. Do not waste your time or money here

Would not recommend. I went in looking for a disposable vape, the guy working recommended the one he was using as it had the highest amount of puffs. He forgot to mention I had to charge it before I could use it- and I was leaving town so could not charge it. So I had to spend ANOTHER $22 ontop of the $29 I just spent for another disposable one. I’ve had this vape since Sunday and it still won’t charge. Couldn’t even tell you what it taste like! Waste of money and super poor communication and service. Will not be back

I would recommend this vape store. The woman there is so nice. She listens to what the costume want and finds the right vape and/or vape juice. Never had any problems and been going there for almost a year. - Kassandra.

Terrible experience with the owners . Over charged me for a vape I could of got in an Ottawa store for 64.99 and refused to adjust the situation . Also have another vape purchased from there that is not functioning correctly and the woman is very rude and condescending saying that I don’t know how to use the vape . To rectify the situation they offered me a stamp on my buy 7 get the 8th free for vape juice card . Absolutely unacceptable . Angele that works there is pretty great , hopefully she finds anew vape shop to work for , cause with all the complaints she’s getting yelled at for should be done to the owners face.

They don't carry the brand I normally buy, but the lady I dealt with was awesome and extremely patient with me while I tried to find a flavor I enjoyed lol (a daunting task all on it's own).
