On January 20, I bought a vape from you, Drip'n 10k puffs Last night the vape started making weird noises, it kept hissing, smoke was coming out of it even though I wasn't even smoking it at the time. After 10 minutes, the vape stopped and stopped working. I called them, but they didn't pick up, I text, they didn't answer sad because this vape was recommended to me in the store, I bought it with more puffs to make it last longer
