Best vape shop in Hamilton. Tons of awesome products and service is always super friendly and helpful. I love that they carry my favourite juice, Patchy Drips.

Let me start by saying that this review only reflects my experience at the upper James location and not the other locations. In fact, the Grimsby location is outstanding!! 6 days ago I made a large purchase at the Upper James location and was outright discriminated against for being indigenous. The person working refused to honour my status card at the point of sale (which they have honoured many times in the past), and when I asked to speak with a manager, and after attitude from said person, they called the owner of the Upper Ottawa location - who identified herself as the sister of the owner of the upper James location. This woman told me that “we don’t do that, we can’t afford to give discounts just because you have a status card.” I want to be clear here…. A provincial tax exemption is NOT a discount! If the business submits the status card information, THEY do NOT pay the tax to the CRA. However if for any reason they choose not to submit the proper paperwork, then they will be responsible for submitting the tax to the CRA. I understand that some businesses opt not to submit the proper tax forms and will run it through their systems as a discount instead. That is entirely up to the business, but they if they do what the CRA requires of them, they do not lose any money. This lady was not only rude and lazy, she was incredibly offensive assuming I was expecting a “discount” because I am Indigenous! I will be taking this matter to a higher level of the Government and BBB. Nobody should be made to feel discriminated against EVER, and especially not when they are supporting the person’s business! Update: was very impressed by quick response from actual owner of Upper James location. Had a very open discussion with him and was satisfied with his candour and response to above issue. Have not had a response from the owner of the Upper Ottawa location, who was the person who the above review was based on, as of yet. I wish the Upper James store all the best, as the owner there actually cares about the issues, and has gone out of his way to acknowledge and rectify the issues that go even beyond his power. Great store with great staff! Always go the extra step to help out customers with whatever their issues. Flavour recommendations always on point! Couldn't recommend enough 👌 👍

Great customer service great selection the top Bay store to go to they also give you points every time you buy something basically if you sign up and give me your name and phone number you get 10% in points . To use it anytime , You can Bank them or use them whenever you get to. I think they're called loyalty points but they're great compared to the vape shop near my house that only gives you 0.5% off every purchase , it's awesome. The reason I do this is because they regard loyalty as important and returning customers cuz why would you go somewhere else when you're not kidding 10% off all purchases in your account to use whenever you need to. Thanks anytime vapor you've been there for me the last 3 years.

Came in today to get a replacement vape and the 2 ladies working were so helpful and knowledgeable they knew exactly what I was looking for and even helped me find an old favorite 12 monkey's juice ! By far the best customer service experience, I've had at any vape location in Hamilton !
