Not happy ...drove half an hour to get juice because their hours state they are open. Arrive to door chained . Sign out front says they are supposed to be open for New years eve from 10 to 6 ...im here at 1140 and nothing . No sign about being back. Looks as if they just decided to not come in today. Gas is not cheap and this is a big inconvenience for me. I won't support this location moving forward if this is what I can expect.

Low quality homemade juice that ruins coils faster than you can enjoy them. Will never go here again. It’s either that or they’re selling counterfeit pods. Inconsistent. If it’s a single flavour they should not be selling it.

on march 1st just after 6pm i came into the store after calling several times to see if they had a product available. when i arrived the only worker there was in the parking lot talking to someone who was in their car… that could possibly explain why none of my calls were ever answered. the worker followed me into the store and when i asked my question i was very quickly dismissed with a 1 word answer. didn’t feel very welcomed by the orange haired employee. right after i left i called in again, just to see if he would answer this time… nope. not impressed with the customer service. giving it 2 stars because i was in once a few months ago, and the employee that helped me then was great. however this encounter makes me want to go to one of the many other stores in hamilton edit for response: nah not when they are outside the store talking to friends/girlfriends. gas isn’t cheap and i would have appreciated not wasting my gas and time. and i realize why he said no, but it’s in the tone and how you say it, it’s not hard to be friendly. wow… i really don’t appreciate the condescending response. great customer service.

Update: Unfortunately, I can't be bothered to buy my coils here anymore. I've come so many times only for there to be no stock. There's some limit to how many packs I can buy (2?) And I on my last and final visit I was given the wrong type of coils, which now cant be returned. One good thing that hasn't changed: the employees are super friendly! Great hours, nice little store. Good selection of products. One star off because there isn't many juice brands or flavours I like there but there are cheaper prices for my coils than anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely great place to go. Kurt has wide knowledge on products that are there and not sold by them. Their "phat" products are very tasty and price is unbeatable. 120 mls. For $32. They come out with new flavours ever so often but the ones that are there will become a must have for all, it has for me. Thanks kurt and phatboy for making our experiences enjoyable!
