My wife and I go here at least once a week and we have been going here for a few years now. We love this place. Best costumer service ever. Never once have we had a negative experience! Purchased a disposable vape here. Got it home and it was dead. So I called and she said she would provide a "discount" on the next purchase not a "replacement" but a "discount" NOT our fault that it was a faulty vape!!!! So we went up and purchased a new one and all she provided was 10% off 🤔...... NOT even enough to cover the tax! And was upset when I asked to put it under my account , so I could collect the points..... NEVER GOING BACK!

Amazing customer service and product! Hannah and Amy are absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the crew. They’re so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’d give more stars but the highest is 5 haha.
