I’d give MVG a 10 star rating if I could! I’ve been in twice and both times the staff were fantastic. They’re incredibly patient and so knowledgeable about the products that they carry. I lost my Caliburn X recently and had been using a Stlth + pods to get my fix. On my first visit, I spoke with Cameron, who recommended me a new flavour of pods (Flavour Beast’s Mad Mango Peach has had a chokehold on me). While I didn’t love the flavour he recommended (no fault of his own, I didn’t realize just how particular I was) - he did walk me through some potential replacement devices for my Caliburn X and told me that they’d be carrying the new Aspire Cyber S at a great price point within the next week or two. Fast forward a week or so, and my partner and I visited again tonight to pick up two of those new Aspires (one for each of us). I didn’t catch his name, but I believe it was the owner/manager who assisted us. Not only did he ensure we were happy with the devices and got colours we loved, he stayed about ten minutes after close to ensure that we were able to get the devices set up and on settings we liked. They ended up being very similar to the Caliburn X to fill, but the level of service provided was awesome. And back to that flavour thing… I’d been smoking the Mad Mango Peach flavour for the last 7 months or so (as a refillable juice and for the disposable pods) and I was getting pretty tired of it; but every time I ventured to a new flavour, I never seemed to love it. Either the flavour tasted too artificial or had a chemical aftertaste, the flavour was too bland/mild, I just didn’t like the flavour… whatever. Nothing else had worked for me. The gent who helped us tonight spent about twenty minutes talking me through different juices. He didn’t just say, “Well, people usually like ___” and grab one off the shelf - he listened to what I did and didn’t like about the different flavours and juices I’d tried before. Based on the info I gave him, he said it seemed like I might enjoy a simpler flavour profile in my juices - one where there weren’t so many flavours competing for my attention. He took the time to recommend a handful of options, before I settled on the Strawberry Lemonade by Lemon Drop. Honestly, that’s a level of service that’s only able to be provided when you’ve actively listened to a customer’s concerns and also KNOW the products you’re carrying like the back of your hand. And let me just say, the juice he recommended is AMAZING. I’m so stoked that after months of let-down flavours someone was finally able to recommend a flavour that, plainly said, knocked it out of the ballpark. That alone earned them 5++ stars. These guys care about what they do, no doubt about it. Lastly, we learnt tonight that they have a rewards system - where each dollar spent counts towards points that give you discounts in-store. In a time when the cost of living is so expensive, an independent business offering loyalty rewards/discounts to their customer base is huge. They also offer in-store warranties, technical support on the devices, and, like I said, obviously just really care. TL;DR Can’t recommend this business enough - level of service and care is unparalleled. MVG is doing customer service right!
Great service, quick, friendly, efficient. Male mid 30s always great to deal with. Male early 20s, dealt with him once and he had an uppity unfriendly attitude, so Forget that guy. Female early 20s, friendly, personable, great experience.

Shane and his team are incredibly knowledgable and have a sweet selection of vaping and vape products plus Canadian made e-liquids. They have great experience and customer service and knowledge.
Only ever been here one time & i will never be back. I bought a blue razz flavour beast disposable and as soon as I left the store and took a haul off of it it was already burnt and had a weird coffee taste? Never had this happen before & this is my go to flavour. I called and asked if I can come back in next time I’m in town (I live 45 minutes away) and get a new one. The guy on the phone told me that they can’t replace it but they will give me a discount on my next purchase. Absolutely ridiculous, what happened to replacing a defective product? Would give zero stars if I could.
