I came in with my disabled daughter not knowing children cannot enter , a lovely staff lady offered to stand with her but she was a little upset at the time , staff went above and beyond to serve me at the door ! I am often treated differently with her severe behaviors but they made me feel like I was still welcome !! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS
So where do I start….your employee Steven is an absolute sweetheart & very knowledgeable with products as well as the laws. I had a problem not from your store but from friendly vapours, who when I contacted them they mislead me & told me I had to contact the company of the product myself. I had no idea where I was supposed to get this form i needed to fill out so I called you guys for help, Steven gave me some pretty knowledgeable information & was an absolute sweetheart to speak with. I really hope that one of the managers at this location sees this so he can be recognized for what he did. After what happened & my conversation with this gentleman I will be permanently switching to your company as I have never had issues with you guys in the past & your customer service as well as the level of care given is fabulous. There seems to be a lack of consistency with staff. I’m trying to help an elderly person with mobility issues to get off cigarettes, and after having two of the same vaporizers become defective, have been told without any proof that it was 100% user error and the store will not help. The first time we had an issue, but he had lost the vaporizer, so I purchased a second one and was assured by staff that they would look at the device if this happened again. The actual experience around 1:15pm on Dec 12th was an employee who made assumptions that they based their decisions on. What he did: Assumed overcharging, though I had already made sure we were using a 1A/5W charger (he also said some really ignorant things about USB chargers, not knowing that I had 12 years experience selling electronics). He then said that it was because it was being used too long. But failed to mention the correct timing vs. the incorrect timing. He then pointed to a small hole in the device and alluded to liquid getting into the port and damaging it from there. He did not: Explain what the two buzzing vibrations with a twice flashing blue light means. Which is clearly an error code. Explain any ‘best practices’ that I could explain for the elderly person I was helping. Try and look up my account to see any notes or receipts on file. WHAT THIS MEANS: I am have to call up the manufacturer instead of dealing with the employees’ lack of empathy or service. Will just go to another vape store in town. Advise that unless you 100% need juice for your vape, avoid this spot. Their employees don’t have the consistency of service to trust with electronics. —— The business owner is reminded that it is cheaper to keep a customer than to get a new one.
