I always feel welcome here. The staff are so kind and polite, they're half the reason you go back. The other half is the WIDE variety of products they have. I bought a pack of pods recently and a few were defective (manufacturing error) and the owner of the store replaced them for me and apologized for any inconveniences it might have caused me. They almost always have something on sale and the rewards for being a regular customer are awesome! Instead of just giving $5 off after 10 purchases like most vape shops, we get a free bottle of juice (just pay the tax) after we buy 7, which is such a great way to thank your customers. if anyone is looking for a new vape shop to try out, give this one a go. They make you feel like family.

They are very well versed in Amy questions that you may have about anything in their selection of products and have always recommended products that my girlfriend and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with!! Thx Ashley & Kat (I believe their names were.) I had the true pleasure of visiting this established vape company a couple months back. Overall, I was attempting to purchase a device that better suited my needs, in terms of balancing out my finances better. Before spending not only my valuable time ⏳ but my gas💨 (before approaching this specific location) I had called in to inquire more about the availability at this Savour The Vapour & spoken to (whom I believe now her name is) Kat 🐱👍🏻. My direct request was that I was given information with the best of their knowledge regarding the current models that they at that time had carried in stock and/or displayed in their cabinets. Thus allowing me to then be able to compare products in a realistic sense based mainly more off of previous (-) experiences (*some* Novo’s 🤢), quality, & especially in terms of preventing issues like: the performance of the battery not being up to par ❌⛳️ when it comes to my expectations as the consumer, the tank quality being questioned in terms of leakage, the strength of the pull when it comes to preventing instances of spit back… & many many more. 😮‍💨 I was slightly discouraged at the beginning of the interaction (over the📱with 🐱) when inquiring about ‘interchangeable’ pods & which devices might offer that option. ⌛️ But as it’s been years since I’ve really been invested in placing energy into vape products alone, when it came to my desire to partially construct my own ‘disposable’ pods (in terms of budget reasons & practicality) I in the spur of the moment used the incorrect term ‘universal’ which isn’t technically correct & I looking back more to the situation itself as a whole, more than understand how this may have contributed in leading her to a short state of confusion (aka, I tripped her up a bit.) …Because unfortunately, I was attempted to be misinformed (while disagreeing internally because of my own experiences) because the staff member had her own different experiences, that she was not currently (at that moment) aware of the ‘Vaporesso’ specially even offering a compatible reusable pod, for me to then go ahead & have that kind of knowledge in mind with proceeding to even order such a product myself (through the internet ofc, more so in terms of stock availability, & that route being more vast in options.) 📡🌎📦 I then giving the thought a rest (for the meantime) collected myself to then proceed to head in to view a product I determined (based off of the considerate information I still received) to be decent enough for purchase. That way I can observe more hands on whether or not it really would overall fit me.. I was surprised to hear from 🐱 that she solely took it upon herself to implement real initiative to do more research👌🏻 & in a correct manner inform me that ‘Vaporesso’ does offer ‘compatible’ pods. *I remember she accessed a product through Etsy which a website before that time I really respected & still do because a lot of the sellers are self operated I give this place 5 stars cause as disgruntled as I was for the moments leading up to me actually coming in (to get a real better sense of the store) I was faced with staff who truly do go beyond, in terms of the needs their customers carry. As apologetic as I truly was for coming off in a frustrated manner at the start, I had another staff member Ashley show me true professionalism in terms of her consideration, revealing true empathetic capabilities. She assured me in my slight grief that I shouldn’t be sorry because she understands how she might feel when coming to place herself in my shoes. 👠 I carry real trust for customer service reps who recognize a customer’s true needs, when it comes to the choices I make in terms of my hard earned $, & the needs I have with ever revisiting this establishment in the future. I ended up purchasing 2 models of the Vaporesso, that came pristine with: the plastic carefully protecting the metal of the device, a quality woven bright silver charger which I still use to this day & of course an abundance of pods 👌🏻✨🙏🏻
