They literally have the largest collection of vapes and pods Ive ever seen, with the cheapest and best price any vape store could possibly offer. Very polite and friendly staff. They immediately reply to our queries and absolutely the best online service.

They sell vapes that don’t work and refuse to give you a refund or new device even with receipt. I bought the vape, 10 minutes passed and I went right back to the store after opening the product and realizing the product does not work. Same guy- he didn’t care nor apologize. I was told to “shop somewhere else” DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Really rude staff! Make sure to record them when you’re talking to them, they’ll lie to you without a care in the world

Store looks disorganized and not in good shape. Various flavour and brands all around the place and are often out of a large variety of flavours. The store hours aren’t great, as they do close fairly early most days. The staff are decently friendly.

This place is totally unreal. They’re rude they’re ignorant. They have no business doing any kind of business with their customer service skills place may sell cheaper vapes, but they’re not made of the best quality. I’ve had disposable pods that are the wrong colour like they’ve gone bad I’ve had disposable devices not work properly and not being able to return anything. Like they say, if somethings, too good to be true, it more likely is garbage. Their prices might be cheap, but their business practice is garbage. It’s the same for the one on Victoria Street as well they’re both owned by the same people. I’ve spoke to other vape shops, and they have nothing good to say except they sell their stuff cheaper, but they don’t back it up with any kind of guarantee or warranty of any sort whether the products gonna be any good or not. They also try to intimidate customers, whether female or male. They think because they own a business they can change policy on the spot. I’m not even sure if they even have a license to be able to sell any kind of vaping products whatsoever through the government. I’m definitely never returning to this Store or even the other one on Victoria Street. I tried calling a bunch of times and I got nothing but somebody breathing on the phone and then hanging up on me that’s not how you run a business.
