Best experience ever. The manager is so knowledgeable and helpful. I was apprehensive going in at first as I don’t know much about vapes but I was so informed and felt so comfortable after going. I live in the west end of the city and I make the drive to the Dundas store specifically because of the amazing staff. 10/10 recommend.

I Recently decided to become one of the cool guys and start vaping, and boy did I come to the right place. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Forrest City Vape. Rana and Ray were the most helpful and amazing staff and helped me through what had started off as a very frustrating morning. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what I needed to fix a broken vape, and Rana even went above and beyond to help clean out some nasty gunk from the vape. They even helped me test out the vape to make sure everything worked perfectly before I left the store. This place knows what customer service is all about and I'm super grateful for Rana and Ray! I consider myself a real vape connoisseur, but when I was helped by a man in a red beard (Aden? Arthur?) he really showed me around the disposable vapes which I’m not really used to since I’m more into the refillable vapes. Super friendly and clearly a guy who knows what he’s talking about. Definitely coming here again and 1000% recommend.
