Shopped at this location several times since they opened, I am always pleased with the quality of service, and the vast amount of inventory and selection. The guy I usually deal with, Jon is his name, is a very friendly respectful young man and is always quick to answer any and all questions or concerns I may have. He is very knowledgeable in regard to the product, and I have never been disappointed with his advice! Clean store, good competitive pricing, and always a good experience and fun vibe. By far one of the top vape stores in London.

The manager Dalton and the other guy working (John I think?) were incredibly helpful and accommodating! I appreciate how late they stay open and their friendly customer service will make this my go-to place.

I recently purchased a leaky flavour bottle from quality vapes, and came in to get it replaced. There was some confusion at first, but my bottle was quickly replaced with fresh one. The management personally reached out to me and assured me they were unaware of the fault. The manager, Dalton, as compensation, has allowed me to purchase the next bottle of flavour at 50% off and even offered to let me keep the broken bottle! He was apologetic and made sure I felt heard. Excellent customer service by Dalton. Besides that, I have been a regular at this store for about a year. They always have better prices than their competitors and keep a wide selection of products. The staff is knowledgeable about the products, and always friendly. I am pleased with the recommendations they provide each time I come.

This store has got great prices and the best staff. The new manager Dalton is amazing, he knows a lot about this stuff, so you won't be disappointed. You'll definitely be in good hands with them and you'd be a for sure return customer.
